THE BASIS AND AIM OF MY WORK

Over the years, it became clear that while everyone has a different life story to tell and problems to overcome, we all carry two identical underlining desires: to be happy and loved.

The road map to happiness and love is described in every esoteric and mystical tradition, in high quality literature and in brilliant psychological and philosophical work. How come we have such difficulty following it? It was not until I began integrating psychology with spirituality, that the answer gradually emerged, and my work took the most fascinating turn.

Identifying and following one’s individual truth, brings happiness and love in the most natural and organic way. What does “one’s individual truth” mean? We come to the world bringing a certain vibration or pattern unique to us. This innate pattern carries our distinctive essence, our truth. However, during our childhood and adolescent years, this truth is gradually buried by the development of habit patterns conditioned by our environment.

I aim to inspire and guide the readjustment of these habit patterns obstructing one’s truth, through retreats, sessions, and courses at the Koumidou Retreat Center, utilizing the integration of age-old disciplines with cutting-edge methods.
